What is an Exchange?
An exchange is an event where creators exchange fic/art! Creators sign up to create and receive a gift work from other creators.How does this event work?
1.) Participants will sign up to create and receive one Huntlow related fanwork.
2.) They are then randomly assigned to another but your identity is kept secret.
3.) They will then be asked for their requests/prompts (specify tropes, characters, as well as tropes they do not wish to receive/create works for.)Requests will be matched with creators based on these preferences!4) Once assignments are sent, participants will be making a fanwork based on the prompt/request given to them.5.) Gifts will then be posted on February 14, 2023.

1.) What's the max number of participants?
There is no limit to how many people can participate! The more the merrier.2.) What's the rating for the event?
This is an SFW event only!3.) What are the requirements to join?
Participants must be 13+ to join. Other than that, there are no other requirements needed. As long as you can follow the rules of the event and stay active until the gift reveals, then feel free to participate.4.) How does this work?
In the sign-up form, you will be asked to list requests/prompts that you want for your gift. This should provide the person responsible for your gift with an idea of what to make for you! Gift reveals will be done once the creation period ends!5.) What should we create?
Once assignments are sent, you will be making an artwork based on the prompt/request given to you! The details regarding the minimum requirements for both artists and writers can be seen in the rules section.6.) Which timezone will the event use?
The event will run on PST!7.) What happens if someone drops out of the event?
We will be reassigning your gift to a pinch hitter.
Rules
1.) All works must feature Huntlow as the main romantic pairing. Side ships can be included based on your giftee's preferences.2.) SFW only! NSFW and Dead Dove content will not be allowed.3.) All gifts should be in English. (Unless both participants agreed to send a gift in a different language it's okay!)4.) Gifts made to harass/insult anyone are not allowed.5.) For artists: the minimum requirement of the gift will be Any colored piece (Could be a fullbody / half-body / chibi / Bust-up / headshot)6.) For writers: the minimum word count of the gift will be: 1.5k word count7.) Check-ins will not require a certain percentage of progress since we understand that everyone works at a different pace. However, we expect a brief summary of what you will create for this exchange on first check-in to make sure your gift aligns with your giftee's wishes and does not include anything on your giftee's 'Do Not Want's.8.) If you wish to participate, please make sure to finish your gift. Be it on time or late, we wish for everyone to receive their gifts!9.) Please refrain from posting anything about your work/gift until the gift reveals, so it can be a surprise!If you choose to drop out of the event, please contact a mod immediately.10.) Once the gift reveals period starts, please tag @huntlowexchange on twitter and use the hashtag #huntlowexchange so we can retweet your works!
